Van design naar executie
Ik hou van een uitdaging, zowel zakelijk als privé. Zeilen in zwaar weer is een goed voorbeeld. De elementen vragen veel, maar geven je ook het gevoel dat je echt leeft! Hetzelfde heb ik met veranderingsprocessen. Wie de wet slim toepast, wordt voortgestuwd en krijgt kansen. Net als met de wind. Met deze mindset verricht ik werk voor een breed scala aan opdrachtgevers. Hieronder staan een aantal voorbeelden.

Verandering start met strategische keuzes. Maar dan begint de echte uitdaging. Menselijk gedrag is het moeilijkste onderdeel van verandering. Om succesvol te veranderen moet je werknemers zover krijgen iets anders te doen dan ze vandaag gewend zijn. Ik help organisaties verandering succesvol te implementeren. Ik doe dit natuurlijk niet alleen. Door de juiste mensen binnen een onderneming bij het proces te betrekken, ontstaat er een goed beeld van de voortgang en impact.

Samen de koers bepalen
Ieder bedrijf is uniek
De afgelopen 14 jaar heb ik projecten mogen leiden bij toonaangevende bedrijven in verschillende sectoren. Ook kom ik regelmatig bij challengers over de vloer, zoals fintechs en neobanks. Elk bedrijf kent zijn eigen cultuur. Dat maakt mijn werk ook zo uniek. Maar hoezeer bedrijven ook van ekaar verschillen, in de kern streven zij dezelfde waarden na. Het werk dat ik doe op het gebied van Know Your Customer, Duty of Care en license to operate is dan ook breed toepasbaar.
